Great for live plants and incredibly long-lasting; after other substrates have decomposed, this moss remains usable and can be washed and reused several times.

**Shipping Duration**
We strive to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days from the time of purchase. While we may occasionally deliver earlier, this cannot be guaranteed. Once tracking information is provided by our couriers, it will be promptly shared with you.
**Shipping Selection**
Please ensure that you select the appropriate shipping option for the products in your order. If an incorrect shipping option is selected, we will contact you to notify you of the error. Any additional delivery costs may be settled via invoice. If you are unable to cover the additional cost, a full refund will be issued.
**Delivery Restrictions**
Please note that delivery is not available to the following locations: Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or Scottish Offshore. Additionally, the following postcodes are eligible for a 2-day service only: AB37 - 38, IV21 - 24, IV26 - 28, IV40, IV52 - 54, KW1 - 14, PA36, PA40, PH30, PH31, PH33 - 41.

**Frozen Shipping (Next Day Delivery)**
For orders that include frozen products, next day delivery is required to maintain the integrity of these items.

What is your returns policy?
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you and organise a return of the damaged item.If you receive goods in damaged condition, that you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify us by e-mail, post or telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods, complete and within unopened packaging for a full refund. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage and again a refund can only be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase. This option is not available on items paid for using vouchers, or purchased on a pre-pay payment scheme.
